Get a Smoothie made to order with various fruits, protein powders, bee pollen, and other flavors. Also check out our selection of cheeses, hummus, juices and sandwiches.
Our raw food selection includes everything from mixed vegetable dishes, to pastas and soups, as well as several delicious desserts. Many of our dishes are made right here at IY by our deli staff and changes frequently to provide a wide variety for your needs. Some of our premade foods vendors include Hotcakes, Albert's Organics, and Kulie's Foods.
We offer many different cheeses, both imported and domestic! Check out the selections of feta, bucheron, parmesan, blue cheese, chevre, and brie. There are several exoctic choices as well as more common cheeses for all occasions. Many of our cheeses are in bulk so we can cut the quantity you need, just talk to one of our deli staff.
